Yes. Our welders are AWS D1.1 Unlimited certified — the American Welding Society Structural Welding Code for steel, qualified for unlimited plate thickness — and ODOT certified for structural steel. We also handle stainless steel MIG welding.
What size material can you cut?
Our Marvel Series 8 Mark II tilt-frame band saw cuts material up to 18" wide × 22" tall square, 18" rounds, and miters up to 45° left or right (12¾" × 17" at 45°). Our SwiftCut 5'×10' CNC plasma table cuts steel plate up to ¾" thick — and for bigger jobs or thicker plate, we can get steel plate cut to size for you.
Can you handle plate thicker than ¾"?
Yes. Our SwiftCut 5'×10' CNC plasma table cuts up to ¾" plate in-house, and for bigger jobs or thicker material we can get steel plate cut to size and fabricate from there.
Do you deliver finished parts?
Yes. Our partner trucking company, Mann's Expedite Service, handles delivery so your order arrives on time.
Can you help if I only have an idea, not a drawing?
Absolutely. We have CAD drawing and design professionals on staff who can turn your idea into shop drawings before fabrication.
